Philip Gardiner is married with two children and lives in the
heart of Robin Hood country in England. He has a Masters Degree in
Strategic Marketing and 9 diploma’s ranging from Personnel Management
through to Holistic Medicine and the craft of Etymology. Although he has
been asked on numerous occasions to become “a member” of several
institutions, Philip has strictly refused on the grounds of independence
– seeing membership of certain organisations as being overtly
influential on his research and understanding of the truths of mankind.
Philip believes that some authors/researchers have been lead into
membership of institutions or “societies” and are therefore of
questionable authority. His background in the history of propaganda and
the ancient and ongoing manipulation of mankind tell him that such
things do indeed occur. He has however joined (upon being requested) a
couple of what are known as secret societies in order to find out what
was happening inside – the conclusions of these journalistic forays
appear in his books and he is no longer a member of any organisation.
Before retiring to dedicate his time to researching and writing,
Philip was a Marketing Director and owner of a company in the UK. Part
of this role included giving lectures on the art and history of
marketing and propaganda to various organisations including certain
government bodies and companies.
Philip began his writing career with a book entitle "Proof?
Does God Exist?" published in 2002 and followed this up with
his best selling "The Shining Ones: The World’s Most Powerful
Secret Society Revealed", which launched in the UK and
immediately sold out.
During the process of the launch of "Proof" Philip
appeared on 46 radio programmes across the country, from Scotland to the
South of England, including the James Whale show. He also had a
programme produced in Scotland called Eikon, which was shown on national
Scottish TV.
Philip has acted as an advisor to various other authors regarding
mythology and history.
In his book "The Shining Ones" he has set about
proving a theory discovered regarding an ancient priesthood calling
themselves The Shining Ones who have developed into the worlds most
powerful secret society. Philip uses history, mythology, symbolism and
his own expertise of propaganda to prove his theories. He appeared on
over 200 radio programmes, tv and in the general media during this
launch.
Now, with Gary Osborn, Philip has released "The Serpent
Grail: The Truth Behind the Holy Grail, Elixir of Life and
Philosopher’s Stone" to international acclaim. This book
follows years of research and travel around the globe in order to find
the truth. In every country Philip found evidence to back his universal
theory – that the cult of the serpent was seen around the world in
ancient times and gave rise to the myth of the Holy Grail we know today.
Following this Philip will be appearing in the media in magazines as
widespread as Focus and Fortean Times to Vampire Church Times and
Scottish Fishing! Such is the wide scope of this book.
Philip is also appearing on Tours arranged through Power Places Tours
visiting places and sacred sites such as Machu Pichu, Egypt, Tibet,
Amazon, Greece, Crete, Malta, Ireland and India.
At the same time the ongoing writing and background work for a major
television documentary is also taking him to far-flung locations.
In March 2006 Philip will be releasing "Gnosis: The Secret of
Solomon’s Temple Revealed" through Radikal, which will once
and for all show the true secret underlying the Temple of Solomon – a
secret that will shock the western world.
Next on the agenda is the release of the fully re-written and revised
with his co-author Gary Osborn, "The Shining Ones", due
out August 2006 through Watkins/Duncan Baird worldwide.
Following that, both authors have just finished "Axis: The
Greatest Heresy", which will unravel the amazing truths behind
the Great Pyramid and the link it has with a certain painter who laid
clues down for us to find.
Both authors have also just completed another amazing project called "Gate
of God", which is planned for release 2007.
Their next project for release 2008 is "The Ark and the
Shroud".
Philip’s hobbies include not surprisingly travel and research as he
has little time for anything else, although he does like relaxing with a
good film.
Gary Osborn has been a writer on mysticism and esoteric
traditions for over ten years. He once worked for the Daily Mail
newspaper and has been involved with the media-film industry before
managing a family business - a graphic-design and screen-printing
company which specialised in both designing and creating custom-made
studio equipment for various internationally-known recording artists.
He is naturally inclined to the world of art, literature and music,
and aside from his numerous graphic-art projects - he is a portrait
artist and semi-professional jazz- rock musician and composer in his
spare time - as is his brother Paul - now a respected sound-technician
and producer in the world of music-media.
Gary's interests range from history, science and technology, quantum
physics, philosophy, psychology and popular culture to metaphysics and
esoteric subjects.
He has co-written various articles for "Shaman's Drum"
magazine covering subjects related to Ancient Mysteries: Esoteric
traditions, Alchemy, Mysticism, Ancient Shamanism and the nature of
human consciousness. He has also been involved in various projects
related to some respected members of the Esalen Physics of Consciousness
Group - having been a daily contributor to a forum which included
theoretical physicists, Jack Sarfatti and Hal Puthof, astronaut Edgar
Mitchell, author Colin Wilson and psychic Uri Geller.
He is currently researching and writing a series of books with author
Philip Gardiner.
Some of his work has been featured on the Great Pyramid of Giza
Research Association Website. He describes himself as an 'initiate into
the mysteries' - his knowledge, theories and insights being the direct
result of an extraordinary experience he had in 1993.
