By focusing my energy into being the most loving person I can envision, I've discovered that relationships with other people in my life come into balance. I've learned that living from the heart provides the greatest joys while also opening ones self to the full range of emotions. To embrace all those feelings is to be truly alive; it is to experience life in it's fullest which creates more opportunities for more growth and new understandings. Life is a magical journey.
