Under
the guidance of Don Alejandro and other traditional elders, we will take a
magical tour through the Maya land in Guatemala, visiting the pyramids and
ancient cities, experiencing Mayan healing baths and traditional Mayan fire
ceremonies, exploring the sacred energies of caves, and exploring your questions
on the Maya Culture and message.
We will begin this journey arriving
in Flores, Guatemala, just a few miles outside the ancient city of Tikal where
we will do our first fire ceremony. This ceremony is to open our hearts and
minds to receive the wisdom that will be shared on this journey. After exploring
the temples and wonders of Tikal, we will travel to the magnificent Candelaria
Caves.
At the caves we will
connect and experience the healing power of the earth. Here we will have an
initiation ceremony with holy waters along with an opportunity for meditation.In the Zunil region we will bath in the volcanic mineral medicinal waters
and experience their soothing, nourishing medicinal powers to heal and
invigorate our bodies.
The closing ceremony will
take place on the shores of the breathtakingly beautiful Lake Atitlan, the main
center for the Mayan studies in Astronomy.
One of the Mayan prophecies states
that this is the time when the Eagle from the North once again flies wing-tip to
wing-tip with the Condor from the South in peace, balance and harmony.It is the responsibility and privilege of the Mayans in the Center to
assist in making this a reality.The
way this occurs in our outer world is for it to first be a reality in our inner
world.On the inner plane the Eagle represents masculine energy and
the Condor feminine energy.This
trip with Tata and Elizabeth will be of service to you in your own personal
pilgrimage towards balance and harmony with your masculine and feminine energy
so your Eagle and Condor fly wing-tip to wing-tip in service to manifesting an
outer world of peace, balance and harmony.

DonAlejandro
Don Alejandro Perez Oxlaj, whose Mayan name is Wakatel Utiw, Wandering
Wolf, is the 13th generation in a lineage of Mayan Medicine People.
He received his sacred bundle at the age of 13. He is president of the National
Mayan Council of Elders of Guatemala, a body of 440 men and women elders of
wisdom who represent 23 Mayan ethnic groups of Guatemala. He was instrumental in
creating the reunion of Indigenous Elders and Priests of Americas and is known
as the Grand Elder of the Americas. Don Alejandro holds the wisdom of the Mayan
Cosmology and travels the world sharing the Mayan prophecies on the major earth
changes coming in this millennium. He is a medicine man and works as a catalyst
for healing on global levels.
