Taking personal responsibility for our selves is a characteristic of those living in Higher Consciousness. No longer is it appropriate to blindly trust “health care professionals” who benefit from our illness. It is appropriate to question the “conventional” wisdom and seek natural approaches for the maintenance and reestablishment of optimal health. This section is designed to provide information on natural health care alternatives for the maintenance of optimal health and to address a variety of chronic conditions that have encroached upon us as a result of our life choices.
